 Monarch Stone grants a limited warranty that its castings will be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, during the period of the warranty, at no cost to the purchaser. Defects must be reported within 30 days after discovery.
In
some situations, Monarch Stone may authorize product returns.
Due to the nature of our products and the logistics of working
across long distances, the cost of a return often exceeds the
value of the product. Refunds are issued only for products in
resalable condition, and a 25% restocking fee is charged on all
returns. Custom shapes, colored products, and special texture
products are not returnable. Authorized returns can be scheduled
with our regular carriers through our transportation department.
Products must be palletized and adequately wrapped for shipping.
The customer is responsible for arranging for a forklift to load
the products and for all shipping costs; we do not accept COD
freight charges.
